Attorney Heajin Jung of Fairfax, VA; idiotic loser

The state of Virginia presented Heajin Jung with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Georgetown University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Heajin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Communicated with persons represented by counsel

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Heajin by gifting him with a complimentary 14-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Heajin practices with the Smart Avenue Law Firm LLC in Fairfax, Virginia.
