Attorney Michael Hockaday of Norfolk, VA; ethical dwarf

The state of Virginia presented Michael Leon Hockaday with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2015), Mike practices at 839 Maltby Crescent in Norfolk, Virginia.
