The state of Virginia presented Arnold Reginald Henderson V with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Assisted others in the illegal practice of law
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Arnie by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2015), Arnie practices with Bucci & Dix at 10710 Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, Virginia.
