Attorney Eric Anderson of Brattleboro, VT; ethical misfit

The state of Vermont presented Eric Anderson with a law license in 1969.

The Vermont Bar Court found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds

  Failed to provide appropriate accountings to clients

• Failed to report violation of disciplinary rule 
• Failed in duty to investigate irregularities in client trust accounts

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Eric practices at  51 Putney Road in Brattleboro, Vermont.
