Attorney Jason Tiballi of Williston, VT; rubber check aficionado 

The state of Vermont presented Jason R. Tiballi with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of Maine School of Law. Jason also received a license to practice law in Maine in 1996.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board found Lance guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with multiple mandates of client trust accounting provisions
• Several checks wrote on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court punished Jason by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jason fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.gmlawvt.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool. 

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Jason practices his brand of law with Gale & McAllister PLLC at 75 Talcott Road in Wilmington, Vermont.
