Attorney Carolyn Adams of Wells River, VT; moron, repeat offender

The state of Vermont presented Carolyn L. Adams with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the Dickinson School of Law.

The Vermont Bar Court found Carol  guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Neglected client matter over an extended period
• Failed to attend bankruptcy hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to take full responsibility for her misconduct
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Misconduct caused substantial injury to his clients in the form of anxiety and stress

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Carol’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2020) Carol practices at 510 Main Street North in Wells River, Vermont.
