Attorney Stacy Adamski of Castleton, VT: ethical goblin, serial offender

The state of Vermont presented Stacy Adamski with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the Vermont School of Law.

The Vermont Bar Court found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

• Took steps to conceal settlement from her firm
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Unmitigated selfish motive involved in misconduct
• Misconduct caused damage to her victim
• Removed firm settlement check from the office
• Deleted settlement check record from law firm’s electronic records

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Stacy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously discipline on two separate occasions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Bar Court punished Stacy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2019), Stacy practices with Adamski Law PLLC at 556 Main Street in Castleton, Vermont.
