Attorney Errol Tabacco of Eden Mills, VT; convicted batterer

The state of Vermont presented Errol J. Tabacco with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Vermont School of Law.

The Vermont Bar Court found Errol guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of one count of domestic assault
• Convicted of one count of simple assault by mutual affray (fighting in public)
• Sentenced 60 30-60 days in jail, suspended and placed on probation
• Ordered to attend a Batterer’s Intervention Program (BIP)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Bar Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

And lastly, rumor has it that Errol opted to attend the Mel Gibson Domestic Assault Institute located in West Hollywood, California.

As we speak (ca. July 2019), Chris practices at 1629 East Hill Road in Eden Mills, Vermont.
