Attorney Jean Giddings of Brattleboro, VT; advocate for Attorney Misfits

The state of Vermont presented Jean Brewster Giddings with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from Case Western University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

In one matter, Jean was involved in the case of attorney Katherine Zachary Pope a convicted criminal who was seeking to have her law license reinstated after being suspended for several years. At the time, Jean was the Chair Vermont Professional Responsibility Board when Pope applied to have her law license reinstated. As one would suspect, Jean sided with Pope the Convict in voting to have her license reinstated.

Thanks to Jean, the citizens living in the greater Bethel area have yet another crooked attorney running amuck among them.
