Attorney John Buckley of Montpelier, VT; ethical gremlin

The state of Vermont presented John Davis Buckley with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Vermont Law School.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected three different matters in three different courts
• Failed to comply with magistrate’s order in Family Court
• Failed to request oral argument before Supreme Court on client’s behalf
• Failed to attend status conference in Superior Court

As a consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Johnny practices at 107 State Street in Montpelier, Vermont.
