The state of Utah presented David G. Turcotte with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by assisting or inducing another to do so or through the acts of another
• Failed to take appropriate steps to protect client interests after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Dave practices the Facemyer Law Firm at 123 South Main Street in Heber City, Utah.
