Attorney Jeanne Lund of Sandy, UT; slacker

The state of Utah presented Jeanne T. Campbell Lund with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Jeanne guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to decline/terminate representation when mandated
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to properly supervise office staff
  • Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Jeanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2017), Jeanne practices at 7730 South Plum Creek Lane in Sandy, Utah.
