Attorney James Olsen of Orem, UT; lying loser

The state of Utah presented James R. Olsen with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Jimmy!)
• Misled former clients that he had assigned their cases to an experienced attorney regarding their bankruptcy matters when in fact the attorney received his license 10 months earlier
• Forged email communications from Bar staff that were delivered to fabricated email address in an effort to request additional response time

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2016) Jimmy practices at 350 North McGeorge in Orem, Utah.
