Attorney Holly Mahoney of Sandy, UT; cheating loser

The State of Utah presented Holly J. Mahoney with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client property
• Failed to file due process request with school on behalf of the mother of a special needs son
• Failed to refund client fees when fired (cheater)
• As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Holly by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation
