Attorney Alejandro Maynez of Orem, UT; lying loser

The state of Utah presented Alejandro Maynez with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Brigham Young University Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Alejandro guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to be truthful (liar) in statements to others
• Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Alejandro by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
