Attorney Robert Cohen of Dallas; ethical goblin

The state of Texas presented Robert D. Cohen with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Tulane University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to promptly notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds lawfully owing to client

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016) Bobby practices with Cohen & Zwerner LLP at 211 North Record Street in Dallas, Texas.
