Attorney Daniel Brown of San Antonio; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Daniel Lucius Brown with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Danny failed to separate client funds from his personal funds as required by the Disciplinary Rules.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2014), Danny practices at 14350 Northbrook Drive in San Antonio, Texas.
