Attorney Veryl Brown of Sequin, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Veryl E. Brown with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Houston Law School.

The District 11 Grievance Committee found Veryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely deliver funds to party lawfully entitled to same
• Failed to hold client’s funds in a trust account as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Veryl by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Veryl practices with the Veryl Brown Law Firm at 105 East Gonzales Street in Sequin, Texas.
