Attorney Daniel D’Acquisto of Houston, TX; cheating loser

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Paul D’Acquisto a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University Oklahoma School of Law. Danny also received a license to practice in Texas in 2011.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to refund or account to one of his clients for $3,500.00 in fees tendered for pre-trial representation (cheater)
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to appear for scheduled events in six client matters
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
• Failed to comply with court order to appear for a hearing on behalf of his client
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2022), Danny practices his so-called brand of law with D’Acquisto PLLC at 9225 Katy Freeway in Houston, Texas.
