Attorney Paul Brower of Houston, TX; dimwitted liar

The state of Texas presented Paul Jason Brower with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

FYI: South Texas College of Law is ranked as the 177th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
  • Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
  • Frequently failed to carry out completely the obligations he owed to his client
  • Failed to promptly deliver to a third-party funds that they were entitled to receive
  • Failed to refund advance payments of fees that had not been earned
  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact or law to the tribunal
  • In an ex parte [one sided] proceeding, failed to disclose to the tribunal an unprivileged fact that Paulie reasonably believes should be known by that entity for it to make an informed decision
  • Knowingly offered or used evidence that he knew to be false

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Paulie practices his brand of law at 134 Vintage Park Blvd in Houston, Texas.
