Attorney Mary Van Orman of The Woodlands, TX; cheating loser

The state of Texas presented Mary Elizabeth Van Orman with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from South Texas University School of Law.

FYI: South Texas is ranked as the 165th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The District 3 Grievance Committee found Mary guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to carry out completely the obligations owed to her client. Van
  • Failed to keep her client reasonably informed about the status of the case
  • Failed to promptly comply with her client’s reasonable requests for information
  • Failed to refund advance payments of fees that had not been earned (cheater)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Mary fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.mvo.cc.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Mary practices with Van Orman & Associates PC at 1095 Evergreen Circle in The Woodlands, Texas.
