Attorney Wade Turner of Dallas; ethical leprechaun

The state of Texas presented Todd Brantley Turner with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The District 6 Grievance Committee found Todd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep clients informed of status of matter
• Failed to promptly pay clients’ medical providers
• Failed to reduce the contingency fee to writing
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 1-yearsuspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. January 2018), Todd practices in Dallas, Texas.
