Attorney Xavier Chavez of Spring, TX; bullying loser

The state of California provided Xavier Vicente Chavez with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The California State Bar found Xavier guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, while violating a traffic law Xavier was pursued by a police officer. Xavier proceeded to his nearby home and entered his driveway. An altercation ensued which led to the arrest of Xavier and his wife, and their eventual conviction of resisting arrest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Xavier by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.  

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Xavier practices with the Xavier Law Firm at 25775 Oak Ridge Drive in Spring, Texas.
