Attorney Sid Berger of Houston; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented Sid L. Berger with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from California Western University Law School.

The 4-A District Grievance Committee found Sid guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly violated rules or assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another, whether or not such violation occurred in the course of a client-lawyer relationship

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Sid by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
