Attorney William Trantham of Denton, TX; incompetent loser

The state of Texas presented William E. Trantham with a law license in 1970 after she graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Billy represented a client in a divorce case. After the divorce was finalized, Billy represented the client’s ex-husband in a matter against the prior client involving a modification of the prior divorce decree.

Obviously, Billy the Moron doesn’t know what in the hell the term “conflict of interest” means.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
