Attorney Gary Churak of San Antonio; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Gary Churak with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

A panel of the 6^th District Grievance Committee found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gary failed to promptly respond to a client’s request for information.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
