Attorney Michael Casey of Arlington, TX; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Michael Andrew Casey with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

A panel of the District 7 Grievance Committee found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike found it acceptable when he failed to keep his client reasonably informed about the status of his civil lawsuit.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2016), Mike practices in Arlington, Texas.
