Attorney Michael Bernoudy Jr. of Marshall, TX; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Michael Lawrence Bernoudy Jr. with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The District Grievance Committee found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015), Mike practices with The Bernoudy Law Firm at 2400 West Grand Avenue in Marshall, Texas.
