Attorney Eric Darnell of El Paso, TX; ethical troll

The state of Texas presented Eric Bliss Darnell with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The District 17-2 Grievance Committee found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with candor in dealings with a tribunal
• Pursued claims that were not meritorious [frivolous]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Eric practices his brand of law with The Law Office of Eric B. Darnell at 1017 Montana in El Paso, Texas.
