Attorney Staci Strong of Dallas; ethical gremlin

The state of Texas presented Staci Jennifer Strong with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from the University of Alabama Law School.

A panel of the District 6 Grievance Committee found Staci guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to notify client of receipt of client funds
• Failed to promptly deliver client funds to client
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Amanda by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 30-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Staci.
