Attorney James Estep III of Tazewell, TN: moronic loser 

The state of Tennessee provided James Dallard Estep III with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed communicate with client
• Neglected an estate matter entrusted to him
• Paid fees to himself out of an estate without first obtainingcourt approval
• Failed to safeguard client funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with yet another complimentary censure.
