Attorney Candes Prewitt of Brentwood, TN; moronic slacker

The state of TennesseeprovidedCandes Vonniest Prewitt with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from Florida Coastal University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Candes guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interests
• Failed to timely advise her client of the filing of her motion to withdraw representation
• Failed to cooperate with client’s new attorney
• Failed to make proper expert disclosures under the discovery rules

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brette by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Brette practices her so-called brand of law at 6688 Nolensville Road in Brentwood, Tennessee.
