Attorney Jimmy Richardson of Murfreesboro, TN; slacker, loser

The state of TennesseeprovidedJimmy Leo Richardson with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. August 2022), Jimmy practices his so-called brand of law at 8 North Public Square in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
