Attorney Travis Brasfield of Rocky Top, TN; cheating loser

The state of Tennessee provided Travis Gerald Brasfield a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Travis guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Converted client funds to personal use (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Travis by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
