Attorney David Zolensky of Nashville, TN; scofflaw

The state of Tennessee provided presented David Matthew Zolensky with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Suspended for non-compliance with Continuing Legal Educations requirements
• While suspended, Davey engaged in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Davey practices at 1500 Cedar Lane in Nashville, Tennessee.
