Attorney Jamshid Naini of Memphis, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Jamshid Baghaie Naini with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared fees with non-lawyer
• Violated or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Jamshid by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
