Attorney Kirk Clements of Nashville, TN; ethical dwarf 

The state of Tennessee provided Kirk Lee Clements with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law. 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Kirk guilty of the following misconduct.

• Became sexually involved with client who was charged with criminal misdemeanor charges and who haired Kirk to represent her on a custody matter
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Kirk by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2018) Kirk practices at 105 Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.
