Attorney Bradley Kirk of Memphis; slacker, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Bradley Glenn Kirk with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

Brad’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Divulged client confidential/privileged information

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Brad’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Abandoned client’s case
• Failed to return client file after termination
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Brad practices at 45 South Idlewild Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
