The state of Tennessee provided James Richard McFall Jr. with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Nashville Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Seriously neglecting numerous divorce and other general civil legal matters entrusted to him by clients
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Receiving and taking dominion and control over unearned attorney fees and unexpended costs due clients and other third parties

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary 5-year suspension of his law license

As we speak (ca. January 2017) Jimmy practices at 344 Main Street in Savannah, Tennessee.
