Attorney Ivan Lopez of Nashville; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee presented Ivan Omar Lopez with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Appalachian University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Ivan guilty of the following misconduct.                                                                                                  

• Allowed clients to pay filing fees into business account
• Improperly transferred client funds to his trust account
• Failed to safeguard client property

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ivan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Ivan practices at 3023 East Nolensville Road in Nashville, Tennessee.
