Attorney Robert McNees III of Oak Ridge, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee provided Robert A. McNees III with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise clients not to proceed with purchase of property
• Failed to advise his clients to see the advice of another attorney
• Lulled clients into false sense of security in preparing an indemnification agreement which the clients did not fully understand

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. December 2015) Bobby practices at 281 Broadway Avenue in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
