Attorney Al Arendt of Pierre, SD; lying loser

The State of South Dakota provided Al Arendt with a law license in 1978

The Disciplinary Board of the South Dakota Bar Association found Al guilty of the following misconduct

• Provided fabricated document to ethics investigators
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Committed criminal misdemeanor involving fraudulent document which was intended to deceive the disciplinary authorities

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Dakota Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of is law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Al practices at 201 North Euclid Avenue in Pierre, South Dakota.
