The State of South Carolina presented John Andrew Pincelli with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Johnny’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Assisted non-lawyer in illegal practice of law
• Willfully violated Supreme Court order
• Knowingly violated his oath of office

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Johnny’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Knowingly violated his oath of office
• Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client
• Charged an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Assisted non-lawyer in illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated recordkeeping rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
