Attorney David Greene of Greenville, SC; ethical dwarf

The State of South Carolina presented David B. Greene with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Florida State University Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Allowed himself to be duped by dishonest individuals
• Entered into business transaction while representing parties with conflicting interests
• Engaged in serious lapse of judgment

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Dave practices with the Greene Law Firm PA at 11 McGee Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
