Attorney Robert Lee of Marion, SC; idiotic loser

The State of South Carolina presented Robert E. Lee with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Charged client unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Knowingly violated his oath of office
• Engaged in conduct reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Bobby practices with Robert E. Lee LLC in Marion, South Carolina.
