Attorney John Mann Jr. of Greenville, SC; convicted burglar

The State of South Carolina presented John P. Mann Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to second degree burglary
• Knowingly violated the rules of professional conduct
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Eddy punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Johnny practices with the Mann Law Firm PA at 512 East North Street in Greenville, South Carolina.
