Attorney R. Michael Munden of Myrtle Beach; ethical dwarf 

The State of South Carolina presented R.  Michael Munden with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the South Carolina Supreme Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct tending to pollute the administration of justice
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to do so
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated his oath of office

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2015), Mike practices at 1294 Professional Drive in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
