Attorney Charles Kirwan of Providence, RI; idiotic loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Charles S. Kirwan with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law. Charlie also received a law license from New Jersey in 1985 and Rhode Island in 1996.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Clients were vulnerable in that they were immigrants who had not been paid full wages over a period of years
• Dismissal of client cases caused serious harm to the clients
• Entered into an agreement for a clearly excessive fee
• Failed to file interrogatory answers on behalf of his clients
• Failed to comply with a court order to file answers to interrogatories
• Failed to timely file an opposition to a motion to dismiss
• Failed to appear for a court hearing on the motion, resulting in dismissal of client case and the imposition of financial sanctions
• Despite obtaining over ten extensions to file appellate brief, failed to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Charlie practices with Kirwan Law at 201 Wayland Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island.
