Attorney Robert McNelis of Johnston, RI; ethical elf

The state of Rhode Island presented Robert F. McNelis with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School.

The Rhode Island Ethics Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed to provide court notices to clients on multiple occasions
• Filed documents that weren’t signed by his clients as require
• Misconduct in bankruptcy court led to the court suspending his privileges to practice in said court for one year

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Bobby practices at 986 Hartford Avenue in Johnston, Rhode Island.
