Attorney Tracy Napolitano of Newport, RI; lying loser

The state of Rhode Island provided Tracy Anne N. Napolitano with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Tracy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Submitted power of attorney form with state Division of Taxation falsely claiming she was a member in good standing with the state bar
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Rhode Island Supreme Court punished Tracy by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Tracy practices with The Law Office of Tracy Napolitano in Newport, Rhode Island.
